You can choose to purchase the items yourself, or I can create a customized redesign package for you where I will purchase the items that will enhance the makeover within your desired budget. a more leisurely project.

Home renovations can be a hassle, but with my experience, I try and make it hassle free for my clients! For the clients who prefer it, I will gladly step in to make the arrangements and schedule the services for your home renovation projects! This can be large projects where I work and communicate directly with your contractor, or it can be simply over seeing the work that every home needs in the “pre-listing stage”.

My job as a Realtor, is to bring you the highest and best offer for your property. While we will go through all the things that determine your listing price at our first meeting, I will also make suggestions for simple ways to improve the way your home will show to buyers. I will suggest ways to arrange furnishings and accessories that will direct the buyer to the best features of your home. By using many of the techniques of the redecorating service, we can work together to reach the same goal; get a fast and attractive offer!
